A RARE polychrome plaster statue depicting Saint Catherine of Alexandria, also known as St Catharine of Alexandria, Saint Catherine of the Wheel or The Great Martyr Saint Catherine. Saint ​patron of girls, nurses, unmarried girls, craftsmen, educators, lawyers, librarians, maidens, mechanics, hat-makers, philosophers, preachers, schoolchildren and secretsries.
