This is large French antique wooden church altar crucifix featuring beautiful vines rooted in the cross and base -suggesting Jesus' words at the Last Supper of 'abide in me', and stunning Corpus Christi (body of Chrtist) statue with the vast amount of details. It dates back to the mid to late 1800s.
General: The cross's overall dimensions are 29.9 inches (76 cm) high and 14 inches (35.5 cm) wide. The overall dimensions of the Corpus Christi are 14.4 inches (36.6 cm) high, 13 inches (33 cm) high from the head to the toes and 11.2 inches (28.5 cm) wide.
