Altar Crucifix | Silvered Metal | early 1900s | 22” / 55 cm
A large, beautiful and very ornamental silvered metal altar crucifix featuring a decorative cathedral base with Holy Chalice / Grail vessel in the middle. Dates back to the period of the early to mid 1900s.
General: The overall dimensions of the crucifix are a height of 21.9 inches (55.5 cm), a width of 8.3 inches (21 cm) and the base is 6.9 inches (17.5 cm) wide. The overall dimensions of the Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) sculpture are a height of 7.5 inches (19 cm) and a width of 4.9 inches (12.5 cm).
