Bronze Altar Crucifix | 1800s Antique | 25.6" / 65 cm
A large and very decorative French antique gilded bronze altar crucifix featuring beautiful Fleur de Lis cross finials, a Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) sculpture and a round base supported by three ball and claw feet. It comes from a monastery in France and dates back to the mid to late 1800s.
General: The overall dimensions of the crucifix are a height of 25.6 inches (65 cm), a width of 12.4 inches (31.5 cm) and the base 5.9 inches (15 cm) wide. The overall dimensions of the Jesus sculpture are a height of 7.7 inches (19.5 cm) and a width of 7.1 inches (18 cm). The weight is 7.5 pounds (3.4 kg).
