A RARE and outstanding French bronze sculpture depicting Archangel Guardian with a child. Marked Fusse Fres. An exceptional amount of detail on the sculpture with wonderful facial expressions. Very solid and heavy sculpture weighing 22.9 pounds (10.4 kg). The sculpture is set on a gilded wooden base. Dates back to the period of the mid 1800s.
