Corpus Christi Bronze Statue | Antique 1700s
A RARE and beautiful antique 18th century France bronze Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) sculpture. Great casting workmanship with chiselled details on this Christ sculpture. This Corpus Christi sculpture comes with a bespoke metal stand from which it can be easily removed and used for a cross or other way of display. The statue dates back to the period of the 1700s.
General: The overall height with the stand is 5.1 inches (13 cm). The overall dimensions of the Christ sculpture are a height of 4.1 inches (10.5 cm), a height from the head to the toes of 3.7 inches (9.5 cm), a width of 3.3 inches (8.5 cm) and the metal base is 2 inches x 2 inches (5 cm x 5 cm) wide.
