Corpus Christi Wooden Sculpture | 1800s Antique 28" / 71 cm
A large antique wooden sculpture depicting Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) in as found rustic condition. The sculpture was professionally conserved so there is no paint peeling and it's structurally solid. The Corpus Christi sculpture is currently mounted on a bespoke metal display stand from which it can be easily removed and used for a cross or wall display. The sculpture dates back to the period of the mid to late 1800s.
General: The overall height with the stand is 32.3 inches (82 cm). The overall dimensions of the Christ sculpture are a height of 28 inches (71 cm) a height from the head to the toes of 24.8 inches (63 cm) and a width of 17.3 inches (44 cm). The metal base is 5.9 inches x 5.9 inches (15 cm x 15 cm) wide.
