A large and beautiful French church antique wooden wall crucifix featuring a stunning Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) sculpture. Great antique woodwork artistry with wonderful polychromy (painting in colour) and gilding. This crucifix comes from a convent in France and dates back to the Baroque period of the 1700s.
General: The crucifix's overall dimensions are 33.5 inches (85 cm) high and 16.9 inches (43 cm) wide. The Corpus Christi statue's overall dimensions are 15 inches (38 cm) high, 13 inches (33 cm) high from the head to the toes, and 11.8 inches (30 cm) wide.
