Pair of French Baroque Candlesticks | Gilded Wood 1700s Antique | 32.3" / 72 cm
A pair of large and magnificent French baroque 18th-century gilded wood with original iron prickets candlesticks featuring a wonderful triangular base decorated with rocaille and floral motifs, set on three bun feet. They date back to the early to mid 1700s.
General: Each candlestick's overall dimensions are 28.3 inches (72 cm) high, 36.4 inches (67 cm) heigh without the pricket and the base is 9.5 inches (24 cm) wide. They will hold the candles up to 5 inches (12.8 cm) in diameter.
Condition: These candlesticks are in good condition with no damage besides age-related wear. Please see the enclosed images.
