A large and beautiful French 1700s antique silver-plated church altar crucifix featuring a stunning silver-plated bronze Corpus Christi (body of Christ) and a very decorative base supported by three bun feet. Dates back to the period of the 1700's.
General: The overall dimensions of the crucifix are a height of 28.3 inches (72 cm), a width of 8.3 inches (21 cm). The overall dimensions of the Christ sculpture are a height of 8.9 inches (22.5 cm), a height from the head to the toes of 7.3 inches (18.5 cm), a width of 4.3 inches (11 cm) and the base is 8.3 inches (21 cm) wide.
