Angel Wood Carving Sculpture | Vintage 6" / 15 cm
A beautiful Italian wooden sculpture depicting a baroque full-body winged Angel playing the harp. Stunning wood carving workmanship wonderfully polychromed and gold leaf gilded with delightful facial expression. This angel statue has got a pair Angel of the same style and size - please see the enclosed images and my other listings. The Angel is currently mounted on the display metal stand and can be easily removed and displayed hanging. Angel carving dates back to the period of the mid 1900s.
General: The overall height with the stand is 9.1 inches (23 cm). The overall dimensions of the angel sculpture are a height of 5.9 inches (15 cm), a width of 3.1 inches (8 cm), depth 2.4 inches (6 cm) and the metal base is 2 inches x 2 inches (5 cm x 5 cm) wide.
Condition: The statue is is in good condition with no damage besides age-related wear ........ please see also enclosed photos as a part of the condition description.
