Memento Mori Ebony Wood Carving | 1800s Antique | 10.2" / 26 cm
A RARE French antique 19th Century ebony wood Memento Mori with a gilded base. It comes from a monastery in France and dates back to the mid to late 1800s.
General: The overall dimensions are a height of 10.2 inches (26 cm), a width of 3.7 inches (9.5 cm). The overall dimensions of the skull are a height of 4.3 inches (11 cm), a width of 4.7 inches (12 cm) and a depth of 3.1 inches (8 cm).
Condition: The Memento Mori is in good condition with a crack in the side of the skull - please see also enclosed images as a part of the condition description.
