An outstanding French Church Baroque (18th Century) Corpus Christi (Body of Christ) wooden statue. Stunning wood carving and polychromy artistry. This Corpus Christi comes with a bespoke metal display stand from which it can be easily removed and used for a cross, wall or other display. The sculpture dates back to the Baroque period of the 1700s.
General: The overall height with the stand is 31.1 inches (79 cm). The overall dimensions of the Corpus Christi statue are a height of 25.6 inches (65 cm), a height from the toes to the head of 23.2 inches (59cm), a width of 19.5 inches (49.5 cm) and the metal base is 7.9 inches (20 cm) wide.
